  • Do you charge a monthly fee for your cloud services?
    No, we do not charge any monthly fees. Instead, we offer access to our cloud services for a very reasonable one-time fee.
  • What is the lifespan of the screens?
    LCD screens typically have a standard lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, equivalent to almost 6 years. All our displays are designed with industrial-grade quality.
  • Can I use the screens without Internet Connection?
    Yes, the screens can be operated as a standalone solution. In our standalone solution, the screens can be updated with USB Thumb drives or through a Bluetooth Connection using our Android based online App (available in the Google Play Store)
  • Do you offer an on-premises solution?
    Yes, we can provide an optional on-premises solution that includes an embedded server. However, for ease of use, cost reasons, and to reduce hardware requirements in the building, we recommend using our cloud service. Alternatively, you can opt for the standalone solution, which allows content updates via our Bluetooth app or USB thumb drives.
  • What is the delivery lead time for the displays?
    We stock most common sizes. If the desired model is not in stock, the standard lead time is approximately 20 business days.
  • What is the warranty period for the display?
    The standard warranty is 1 year, with the option to extend it up to 3 years for an additional fee.
  • Can I install the displays myself?
    If access to the elevator electronics is required, the installation must be carried out by the elevator company. However, if displaying elevator information is not necessary, the screens only need a power source, allowing for simpler installation.
